Overview

We partnered with a London-based dental startup to build an intelligent, AI-driven platform that simplifies access to oral healthcare. From instant AI-based dental advice to real-time video consultations with licensed dentists, the app delivers a complete virtual dental experience tailored for modern users.

The App Ally team managed the project entirely in-house — from UX strategy and interface design to cross-platform development, backend architecture, and AI integration.

The Problem

Many individuals delay dental care due to uncertainty, fear, or lack of access. The client aimed to address this by offering users an on-demand platform where they could receive instant answers to dental concerns and seamlessly connect with professionals for timely treatment.

The Solution

We developed a mobile and web-based application that enables users to:

• Chat with an AI-powered dental assistant for preliminary guidance

• Schedule and attend online video consultations with certified dentists

• Access and manage digital prescriptions, treatment plans, and history

• Receive smart reminders and preventive care tips

The app's design and flow emphasize ease of use, accuracy, and trust — with a focus on reducing patient hesitation and increasing early intervention.
